![]() Not sniped yet, but FP auctions updating to correct status. (Unusually) for me I have a backup of the JBW folder from last month :-0 (explorer now reports it to be 1k in size, while the working file was 26K) On startup of the new release, it wipes the contents of the searches.xml file……. Some autorun and others manually started. I have perhaps 15 – 20 searches set up in JBW. I (think) it does remove them on restart as in the previous release.īut reluctant to use the new pre-release for a second reason. It just leaves them highligted in the tab. But still doesn’t delete highlighted auctions. The initial delete dialogue box is now correctly sized. I tried to do a little spring cleaning and delete 180 odd auctions in one go. ![]() I don’t think JBidwatcher-2.1pre3 sync’s with ‘My Ebay’ (Both JBidwatcher-2.1pre2 and 2.1pre3) One auction No# is listed four time in a row. Reoccurrance of multiple entries of auctions. Just a quick reminder, Good house keeping = make regular backups of important folders……. Not sure if this is release wide or just my install. So it seems, some work is still to be done – but D a n k e s c h ö n for all your efforts. jbidwatcher/ – and restarted 2.1 pre3 – it worked, except that it failed to relist all my saved auctions from the past in “complete”. user/xxx/.jbidwatcher/ to my Intel machine, deleting the existing, empty. Jbidwatcher runs hot install#So I decided to use the hidden file from my Powerbook G4 (I had made a successful install of 2.1 pre3 there before) – and that did the trick: I copied the whole hidden folder. On my Intel machine I had all files, even the invisibles deleted in the vain attempt to get 2.0.1 or 2.1 pre2 working.Īs I installed 2.1 pre3 from the scratch it took my preference and I was able to log in into Ebay, but my settings didn’t stick – I was unable to save my preferences. ![]() The only problem – it’s not standalone in the sense, that you must have a former version installed and working before. Getting My Ebay items is fine and updating and sniping works, too. Jbidwatcher runs hot mac#My observations: It works on an old Mac Powerbook with Java 5 32bit as well as on an Intel machine with Java 6 64bit. Congratulations to your successes in 2.1 pre 3. ![]()
